"The Client" is an entrepreneurial spin-off from a large Communications leader in Wi-Fi solutions worldwide and are 100% focused on helping to expand the markets of wireless. "The Client" provides licensing of parent organization's extensive technology, provides services, testing programs as well as intellectual property software solutions designed to add 802.11 to various emerging markets. "The Client" has a team of leading experts and are best positioned to help customers of world-class chipsets.
The Managing Director of "The Client", needed support only in one particular area: Compensation and Incentive Structuring. He said, “Tell me how do I distribute the money so it is seen as fair, transparent & it recognizes the deserving?” Well this was just a start point and as we started the initial audit, issues started unfolding. We did what was urgently required, i.e. helped articulate KRA’s and built an algorithm for translating performance into increment. After handing over a complete click and print solution, we presented all the other recommendations that were essential for effective ‘Talent management’. Now we’re facilitating the complete reorganizing of all the support functions encompassing Finance, Administration, Communication & HR!
