For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of business performance, leadership, and human potential—partnering with organizations and leaders across India, Europe, and the United States to navigate growth, change, and complexity. My career spans global HR leadership roles, entrepreneurial ventures, and advisory work with corporates, small and mid-sized businesses, and mission-driven organizations.
Behind the international roles, large-scale transformations, and measurable business outcomes lies a simple and enduring purpose: to help people and organizations realize their full potential. I believe sustainable success is not built by structures and processes alone. It is shaped by mindset, values, and the everyday leadership choices that determine how people think, act, and collaborate.
As a transformation coach and advisor, I take a deeply human-first approach to my work. Whether I am coaching CXOs, partnering with founders of fast-scaling businesses, or redesigning organizational culture, my focus is on creating clarity, alignment, and accountability. I help leaders move beyond constant firefighting toward focus, confidence, and purposeful action.
In 2005, I founded People Factor LLP, a boutique consulting practice focused on organization development, leadership effectiveness, and capability building. Over the years, I have had the privilege of consulting with hundreds of organizations across the corporate, social, and development sectors, and of training and coaching thousands of professionals, managers, and leaders on their journey to becoming better versions of themselves.
My work specializes in helping individuals and organizations break through stress, stagnation, and inertia. I address not only strategy and systems, but also the beliefs, habits, and cultural patterns that silently limit performance. I teach from lived experience—as a global HR leader, COO, entrepreneur, and coach—not from theory alone.
